Brekford Corp. Awarded $4 Million Rugged IT Products and Services

HANOVER, Md., March 10, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brekford Corp. (the "Company") (OTCQB:BFDI) www.brekford.com, a homeland security technology service provider of fully integrated vehicle upfitting services, rugged information technology and automated traffic photo enforcement solutions has announced that the Company has been awarded a quasi-government utility contract valued at up to $4M over the period of one year.

The quasi-government utility contract is of indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity. It represents blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contracts from various quasi-government utility companies. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is valued up to $4 million over this year. Under the terms of the contracts, Brekford will supply rugged IT Panasonic Toughbook, communications and mobile computer vehicle mounting equipment.
