An experienced technologist, businessman, researcher, and serial entrepreneur, Dr. James B. Morris has achieved considerable success over a 23-year period in founding and leading high technology companies in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry. In 1984 Morris founded and grew Logic Automation in Beaverton, Oregon into a thriving business that was sold for $120M in 1994 to Synopsys, Inc.

Dr. Morris subsequently co-founded Prototype Solutions and Simutech, LLC, both of which researched and developed high performance, rapid prototyping technology for System on a Chip design. The results of these efforts are core to several successful commercial products on the market today.

Dr. Morris developed the original FIRMS software after noticing the lack of availability of an easily-deployable, integrated, hospitality business management system.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Morris was a staff engineer with Intel Corporation, an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Purdue University, and a staff scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Dr. Morris holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a BS in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin.

Williams began his career in the restaurant industry while a teenager, starting as an hourly employee with Bob Evans Farms, Inc., which owns and operates 713 full-service restaurants and produces a complete line of retail food products. Williams quickly rose through the ranks at the company, first as manager of a Bob Evans restaurant, turning it into the chain's most profitable location. Named a vice-president of the company at age 27, he was then promoted to head of the Bob Evans Food Products business and then to president of the Restaurant Division of Bob Evans Farms, Inc., retiring from the $1.75 billion company in February 2009.

Williams currently serves on the board of directors of Ohio Valley Bank Corporation in Gallipolis, Ohio, and on the board of trustees of the University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, Ohio, where he earned a B.S. in Mathematics.

Schillinger, president of Coaching Restaurants, LLC, has a successful 30-year career in the restaurant industry. A POS systems expert and an expert in turning around struggling restaurants, Schillinger has a long record of success in increasing restaurant revenues and profits. His career includes positions as a general manager with national restaurant chains Wendy's, TGI Friday's, and Old Chicago. He was the general manager of the historic Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado. From there, he was named a general manager with Rock Bottom restaurants. For the past 13 years, he owned the successful Paddy's restaurant and bar in downtown Portland, Oregon.
